1) INTERNAL AUDITOR
- Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in similar capacity, preferably in food industry, hotel, restaurant, textile or related field.
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Able to interact with all level of people in the group.
- Willing to travel and must possess own transport.
- Proactive and can deliver timely report for Management review.
2) CATERING MANAGER
- Diploma or Degree level qualification in any fields.
- Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the related field.
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Preferable Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant service or equivalent.
- Experienced in organizing and managing high profile events and dealing with premium clientele.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
3) RESTAURANT MANAGER
- Diploma or Degree level qualification or experience in hospitality field.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Strong communication skills with all level customers in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of local market and hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizing and planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators, competitive trends and develop.
- Excellent grooming standard.
- Flexibility and ability to respond to all range of work situations.
- Passionate about networking and interacting with people.
- Self-motivated and multi-tasking.
4) CHEF
- Professional certificate, Diploma, Degree in Food and Beverages Services Management, Culinary Art or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Must have knowledge in kitchen operation and administration including cost control.
- Preferable experience candidates specializing in food or equivalent.
- Able to prepare varieties of dishes.
5) BAKER CHEF
- Diploma in Hotel & Catering of Food Preparation.
- Certified baking or pastry courses.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Preferable experience candidates specializing in food/bakery or equivalent.
- Able to bake different kind of breads and pastries.
